Return/Exchange Store Policy
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Our policy states purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit. If more than 10 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If you are approved, then you will be offered store credit.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To Make a Return/ Exchange:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from store credit given.
Step One: Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Step Two: Send us an email at email@example.com and we will email you a return label.
Step Three: Drop off your securely sealed return package to USPS.
