Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery date in new condition unworn, unwashed, free or perfume, animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains. Shoes must be returned unworn, in new condition with no scuffs, in their original box/packaging.

Bags & Accessories & Final Sale items cannot be returned.

We will issue a refund on the original card within 7 days of us receiving your returned package. We do not refund shipping costs.

A pre-paid return label can be generated and downloaded from our returns center. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label ($5.95) will be deducted from your total return amount.

EXCHANGES

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, simply place a new order online and then follow the steps above for a normal return. When we receive your return, you will be refunded for your original item(s).
